That piece of production might be the most plodding, inane, laughable to ever come out of MSU. Holy Crap, what's with the whistlin' and whittlin' acoustic guitar? Why are the edits ohhh, about 10 seconds too late? Why are they holding the shots for the inevitable "mug"? The script reader (notice I did not use the word "talent") sounds like he's doing an ETV "mood" piece about some cute little town in New Hampshire. Wear out a punchline theme???? Nahhh.

Please, allow someone who might know what they are doing to re-edit and at least salvage a little pride. That is just junk.

Bart Gregory sounded like Walt Grayson. The music was definitely Mississippi Roads-ish. I get what they were going for, but they didn't get it. Could have been better, but it wasn't terrible.

Why isn't JV on our field goal block team like Michael Gholar was?

Risk of injury, yeah... But make him special. Don't practice much with the team. Don't have contact in practice. Just trot him up there to dump up from behind the nosetackle to reach a hand in there. Tell him to avoid contact. Don't try to tackle anybody on a fake FG. I think that's not too much risk.

it would absolutely crater a realistic shot of making serious noise in hoops this year if he got hurt. I don't think anyone would risk losing our best player in arguably our best sport for a chance to save -- what, 3 or 4 points total? -- on the football field this year.

***Please consider this a disclaimer, and I apologize in advance if I have somehow missed sarcasm and you were joking about putting JV on the football field.***

I was expecting a hype video or something similar to a Heisman campaign. Instead we get: "Here's Jarvis Varnado.....he's rude to frisbee players and women drivers." </p>

....reading the story on Gene's about it, it had potential, but the music and voiceover hurt it more than helped. And the graphics at the end? That could've been considerably snazzier.

the little eye bling at the end just added insult to injury. Jarvis' face is completely featureless!! Doesn't that bother anyone?
