The JFF threads got me to thinking. Is JFF a better QB than what Mike Vick was?

Michael Vick is the best college player I have ever seen play. I am not old enough to have seen Bo Jackson or Herschel Walker play so I don't count them. Johnny Football and Cam Newton are not the players that Vick was at VT.
