Glad we’re having one - interesting that it will be on a Friday night! Anyone know why? I don’t remember one on a Friday night before. I will be there. Funny how all of these coaches wanted to play another team to basically have a scrimmage now 19 programs won’t even have a Spring game. Pretty sad I would say - must be NIL related but seems like they could get sponsors and use that money or something.
Coaches don’t think it’s worth showcasing their guys in a game like this for coaches at other programs to then spend the summer convincing to transfer to them. Pretty crazy 19 schools feel this is so inevitable that they just cancel the game all together. Somehow they have to put the hammer down on tampering.
