We win a natty in baseball only to have them win one the following year. Like it or not, it hurt our pride. Just when we think there’s separation, they close the gap.
I suppose the irony being there was a collective sigh of relief on this board with Kiffin’s circus-like departure, yet they pull it out anyway. We can’t enjoy anything. Just when we think the gap may narrow, it reverts to throwing a hot dog down a hallway.

Correction, it means they spent the money to attempt to buy a Championship. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if OM paid UGA a handsome sum to "win" their game. After all, everything has a price.
