What sucks is he'd love to be with us next year. Ain't happening. I'm thinking he wouldn't mind coming back to the same division as Arky and Lsu either.

Hey, remember that guy who was just fired from a major D1 school that came to MSU despite the athletic department not wanting him? I've said the same thing about my politicians... I don't care what kind of ****** person they are in their personal lives... if they're on point they're on point. Sign him up.


I'd rather have Hud though. Guy has been recruiting pretty well for a school located in the middle of a swamp... I can't imagine a mother sending her kid to play for Petrino.

I'd bet Petrino hasn't done anything worse than some of us, in our personal lives. Are we going to condemn ourselves? You try to learn from mistakes and move on. So why shouldn't we hire him? His offense beats the hell out of the opponent and he demands perfection. If you think he can't win big at State, you are wrong.

Lil boosie is exclusively played in states locker room. I think you're putting too much weight in how recruits view a coaches character...

1) The Mamas matter in MS recruiting. 2) Petrino is not a good recruiter. He never recruited well at Arkansas.

those 3 years would go down in the annals of time as our three greatest years ever.

one thing is for sure, whatever qb we got would smash wayne madkin's or tyler russell's all time passing records and msu would find its first legit qb.
