The new format

I know change is inevitable but having all divisions under one tab is exhausting. I loved it when I wanted to know something about a certain division and could just go to their thread..but oh well, iiwii= it is what it is

We are still waiting for the new network to configure our site. not sure what it could look like 9or if they are done). A workaround is for me to post a Sticky note but I didn't get enough feedback that users would prefer that. I just added a poll.
