They did not ask to join the law suit. They filed an amicus brief endorsing the law suit. Those are two very different things.

That article actually contains the phrase, "potentially suspicious." Every stop along the way, paragraphs contain words like, "potential," "questionable," and "allegation."
That means the journalist was being very careful with her words.
What I do know is that a GOP-led Senate committee in the past found no illegalities involving Joe Biden and his son's dealings. I'm confident that will be the same thing in the Hunter Biden tax investigations.
I'm impressed that there have been no statements, as of now, from either Biden or his representatives calling the current investigation a political witchhunt.

I’ve got no desire to read up on Paxton. What you or I think of him is irrelevant. What is it, 17 states are supporting Texas? That tells me more than your negative opinions do. It might be for nothing though.

So that's a no, you haven't read the Kraken case by the person you believe. You should. You should really read some of the expert witnesses. One of them she even identified by his message board handle.
You should also read about Paxton. 17 states are not supporting him. 17 attorney generals, many of whom like him are getting no support from even the Republican states, are supporting him.
You should read about Paxton, though. My opinion is that he is trying to build name recognition with folks like you and he is trying to earn a pardon from Donald Trump by being willing to go the extra mile for him. You should read all the facts out there about him that inspired that opinion.
You say I didn't address the idea of political around the stimulus package when I clearly stated the other day I didn't think Pelosi wanted people receiving checks three days before the election with Donald Trump's name on them. I don't know how much more clear I could be in saying politics played a part. I also said I think she was playing the odds that Biden would win the election and that her side would capture the Senate which means she would get the full relief package that was requested in January.
The is also the little detail that Senator Durbin didn't quite say what Mac is claiming.
That is true. I watched the video after I responded. Durbin said something about exuberance about the election, not that the only reason they didn't accept the initial deal was politics. That said, I do believe my speculation has some merit.

I agree with your speculation about Pelosi. It was also true at the same time that Trump instructed Congress to wait until after the election to work on a deal so all sides had their hands dirty. Your description of Mac is spot on.

This one, combined with your age, makes me wonder if you didn't become a Duke fan simply because young Mac felt empowered by the accomplishments of white guys like Danny Ferry and Christian Laettner. Once those teams started to darken up and feature less and less white superstars you started feeling less "connected," to them. How am I doing so far?
The terrible terms you use when speaking about women reveal who you are. I'm not sure if the lack of respect you have for women is the cause of or the result of your relationships with women being what you have expressed, but it's fair to guess there is some overlap. For all we know, your unhealthy view of people with differing political views may partially be the result of your ex's or exes' political views.
Whoever it was said they don't hate you but pity you (I previously said something similar) was on point. I feel sorry for a person who seems as unhappy as you do and has such a high level of hatred in his heart. I hope the online conspiracy communities that inspire the rhetoric you repeat give you a sense of belonging and worth, but I fear they don't. That's a narrated video. It doesn't show or prove anything. If you saw that video with no context and no narration you wouldn't have any idea what you're looking at it. You say if if the video is fake, it's criminal. What crime did the narrator commit? What law did the narrator break?
You and the other guy have been real attached to the idea that people making these make-up claims are risking perjury and other integrity charges. They're not. Nobody is prosecuting the false affidavits because, much like the Tucker Carlson legal defense, nobody puts any credibility on them in first place.

Your lack of true news knowledge shows here. The claim is they were asked to leave, that counting was done for the night. **They say the dems didn’t leave**, stayed, and what you see on video, happens. This is also the same arena that initially said counting was stopping due to a water leak.

If you read Mac's response, he doesn't know any more than what the narrator tells him. I actually liked the Texas lawsuit video he posted better. That one kind of reminded me of a movie trailer with the dramatic, brooding music playing as the dude talked.

Politics is just as bad. These men and women get up there making less than $200,000 a year, which is really good money, and within 10 years, they’re worth millions.

You posted an article from Newsmax that tells about a "local digital paper," called the Georgia Star News making an open records request to 77 of the 159 counties in Georgia asking to for ballot transfer forms.
Nowhere in the article does it say the 77 counties (or 73, as that was the number that have not provided anything to the blog site in question) don't have the ballot transfer forms, just that counties haven't given them to the Georgia Star News. This is such a well-written article that it doesn't bother to report the date of the open records request or why the blog only requested 77 of the 159 counties in Georgia.
Newsmax has an interesting website. There is actually an article on front page of the site about it's rising TV ratings.
Also, I know you never read anything I suggest but, last month, the New Yorker interviewed Newsmax's CEO/majority owner Chris Ruddy.
Ruddy wouldn't say whether he believes all the election-fraud stuff, but he admitted it's great for business. He also said Newsmax has an editorial policy of supporting the President.
It's one thing for media companies to have an editorial policy leaning one way or another, but it's very unusual to have an editorial policy that shows loyalty to one person. Think about that next time you read something on Newsmax.

The gist (not jest, that's the second time today you've done that; you should either take your time when your using these big words or stick to ones you actually know) of the article is what I summarized for you. The headline, which is not actually reflective of the article you apparently didn't read, is what got you excited and you posted it here.
The first part of the article is not self-explanatory as by the third paragraph it becomes clear that the "unavailable" records from the headline and failure to "produce" the records from the first paragraph is not about the actual existence of the records but about counties ignoring requests from a fringe-right local blog site. Visit the Georgia Star News's about section on it's website and you'll see I'm accurately describing it.
