You have to have your head in the sand to see what was done with Covid. Trump couldn’t get anything done, talked up HCQ, yet was verbally beat up. A doctor pleaded last year about Ivermectin, and what a great drug to treat for Covid, and vitamin D, C, and Zinc are helpful supplements, but no msm talk.

Very simply stated, our politicians and the medical people in front of the cameras chose politics over healthcare. All because they didn’t like Trump. If you don’t see this, you’re either brainwashed or as worthless as the folks that withheld this information.

I can get into a good sports discussion! Politics not so much :)

I think there’s no way in hell Rodgers leaves this year or next… After the 2022 season it’s possible he might get moved since they had the other quarterback waiting in the wings and it helps relieve a huge cap hit if I understand correctly. I just read an article about it this morning but I was half awake.

I work with some guys who are diehard Texans fans in Houston and the rumor there is that Watson wants to go to the Jets to play with Saleh. I’m assuming the Jets would have to unload a boat load to get him and then the Texans will probably take the QB from BYU. I’m down in South Florida and kind of a Dolphins fan so maybe the Panthers can make a move to get the number three and take Fields or Lance?

The liberals will not acknowledge any Trump success. In a month the msm will claim that Biden came up with a revolutionary idea about alternative treatment.

Another point when Trump halted travel from Africa it was racist and fear mongering. Now he has done the same thing he denies ever saying it without being challenged by the liberal press.

Funny but the head of the AFL-CIO just praised Biden for is executive order mandating that corporations buy American, saying it will bring jobs back to the US. And Biden has made good on some of his campaign promises with his Executive Orders undoing the damage that Trump has done.
Trump ordered the same thing about two years ago.Sleepy Joe plagerizing again.Never had an original thought in his life

These gutless, worthless people. All because of their hatred at Trump. The man talked up HCQ last March, yet was beat up over it.
You’re right. Now, they will hail Biden. They chose politics over the care of people.

This isn’t Republican vs Democrat.

Or more accurately, Biden does not want to act as brashly and as unproductively as Trump. But fyi, he has left the tariffs in place and has said he has no intention of altering them.
So he issued an order that allows China to have accesss to our electrical grid.Yeah he is going to be tough onChina.Even Democrats think this is stupid. There is a reason that China,Russia ,and Iraq are estatic that he is President

Don’t understand how it would be possible to trade Watson.According to Spotrac he has almost a sixty million Holland dead cap number.

As impossible as it may seem, he clearly doesn't want to be there. I think they'll have no choice in the end but to trade him. The Texans front office is a dumpster fire filled with morons though. So, who knows what they'll do?

hoping stafford ends up with my Colts

I'd love to see Stafford end up in Indy. I am a fan of his game and the Lions really never built around him or tried to it seemed. They're one of those franchises that I'd love to see turn it around, but it seems that will never happen.

What choice does he have think there is a provision in the CBA that would require him to repay the signing bonus that the Texans paid him if he holds out.It it happened when Barry Sanders retired

if I were Stafford that would be my choice.Great O-line, really good team that only needs a QB to be a legitimate Super Bowl contender

"Joe Biden, who is running against President Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election, said that he would not use executive orders to implement his policies because "you can't use executive orders unless you are a dictator."

Number signed so far - 31

For the record I am not in favor of using an EO to any extent from either side, as it is not democracy but rule by fiat

Obama used it far too much. Trump out paced Obama by a lot. Now it's Biden's turn. A terrible precedent. Sadly I think this is the new normal.

Further proof of how useless our congress truly is and has been for years. People need to come together to fight the common enemy in this country and it isn't each other. It's the ruling elites who control everything in this country. Including the majority of our leaders.

As the liberals on this board remind us that elections have consequences. So they do New Mexico who voted for Biden is now frightened that Biden’s executive order freezing drilling on federal land if carried out will destroy their economy. You get what you voted for

" You get what you vote for" - some do some dont which is why we are so polarized today. An election victory is seen as a mandate to enforce and implement only one side's agenda, pretty much leaving the other one out of the conversation. That wasnt the way in the past. At least some consensus was seen as a good thing, but today its all party line or you are attacked by your own party leaders. I would like to see 30 House representatives, 15 from each side, form a "swing" coalition or whatever they want to name it.and vote as a block..which could then be used to mediate partisan bills and force some bi-partisan conversations. Same in the senate - a coalition of only 8, even 4 who agree to vote together would change the narrative. Unfortunately no politician has the courage to form one.

Our politicians are too powerful. They go up there, many with good intentions, but they get sucked into the cesspool of corruption. The power they get, deals that they make, and wealth that comes with it, they lose their moral compass.
Once they strike a deal, they are done. Term limits are a start, but until we do something about all the hands that are in the cookie jar, each wanting their backs scratched, nothing will get better. They don’t give a **** about fair wages, racial equality, or anything. All this is only said to their base to stay in office. Nothing more than window dressing. They’re only concerned about themselves first.

We also have to do something about the media, big tech, and big corporations. Two of these three are in bed with the democrats. The other sleeps with both sides.

Cant say...bipartsanship was around through the 80's for sure and somewhat into 90's. I was a lot younger then and didnt care about any politics as i was too busy chasing what interested me more! ...as you can imagine...but what i observe today isnt sustainable and wont end well for this country. Its going to take someone with courage and charisma to lead the change and there is no one that springs to mind. Why isnt there anyone? because today as soon as you raise your hand, the media, big tech, the political system will find a way to vilify, demonize and defame you and your family...who in their right mind would volunteer for that? That leads to the willing ( self serving I'd say) not the able that end up in positions of power. So the way we treat people needs to change too...i hold little hope there also

Media has to change. They control so much. Look at this thread for proof. To take what you said a step further about anyone that decides to run getting trashed when they decide to run? It’s Republicans that get smeared.

Interesting historical tidbit. As George Washington was getting ready to depart the White House, he left some advice for those following. He actually warned the the two party system would lead to a time when the parties stopped caring about what was best for American and would only care what was best for them to stay in power.

We have been told that voting by mail does not lead possible fraud.Major liberal Jeff Bezos is going to court to stop voting by mail in the attempt to get a union at one of his warehouses citing voting by mail readily leads to fraud. No hypocrisy here

Let's not pretend like liberals are particularly fond of Jeff Bezos. He's a greedy prick regardless of political leanings. Hell our current President, far-left radical Joe Biden has called him on his **** multiple times. And instead of throwing a hissy fit like Trump, he's trying to hit Bezos where it hurts, his bank account(s).

Major liberal Bezos has been vehemently anti-union. It was among the reasons that he pulled out of the NYC deal. Comparing a union vote to a presidential election is even worse than apples to oranges. Your grasping at straws, there, Topps.

Not comparing the importance of a Union vote to a presidential election but if voting by mail is subject to fraud in one instance it is certainly valid in every instance.
