I am confident that gay marriage will not be touched because I don't believe that there will be a president that would try to overturn it. It is basically a non partisan issue at this point. Nobody wants the political backlash that it would bring. And even if it were overturned, it would be left to the states. I seriously doubt that it is high on very many people's lists of important voting issues. And again, Roe V Wade being over turned is maybe more likely than gay marriage. But in the event that happens, just like with gay marriage, it would still be allowed in the vast majority of the states. As our constitution intended. Don’t worry, I am confident that you will still be able to kill your babies in the vast majority of the states.
