We didn't vote for Trump to due to his personality. It was to change what has been going on for decades. I haven't thought any of our last few presidents did as good as they should. They have all been hooked by the special interests groups. Trump is wealthy, and didn't need their support. That's a huge part of the disdain for him. They can't control him. What venom? You say this all the time, but I have to ask what do you consider venom?
Everything statement I made was one of fact.
To clarify so you don't think it was venomous, Trump did insult people's intelligence immediately upon entering office.
He said his inauguration was the biggest turnout ever. It wasn't.
Pictures were shown. He denied them. His press secretary invented the term alternative facts as a retort.
He said his 2016 electoral win was the biggest blowout ever. Everyone knew it wasn't. When presented with facts, he retreated to, "that's what I was told."
Comments like that from the President ot the United States are stupid and, yes, insulting.
We're having a dialogue about why people wanted the President out of office as soon as he got there. I'm not sure where the venom is in my pointing out things the President did and said that immediately after getting there that would lead people to feel that way.
I wasn't crazy about Trump 4 years ago. But, things he said he was going to do, he's done. What you all are too blind to see is how corrupt and horrible our media is. Instead, a man that has never held office is suddenly the cause of all our problems in the last few years. Funny though that politicians, from both sides, have been doing nothing for decades.
They get elected, (both parties) and suddenly over a period of time, they own multiple homes, and are worth millions. On roughly $180,000 a year?
