That video has been debunked by every legitimate news source. It is telling that the main place to find it is on a QAnon site.

In fact, Trump’s press conference with Putin where he said Putin said he had not interfered with the election and he believed him, despite what his own intelligence services were telling him, was an act of treason. That was why they had him walk it back so quickly.
