It's slanted.
Sure, he calls out right-wing media for acting as if President Biden was commending Gov Cuomo's personal behavior, but he also says that "The right-wing press doesn't want to be like the left-wing press and report stuff that is false." It is assumed that the left-wing press lies, but that the right-wing press doesn't... unless it wants to be like the left-wing press.
And the intonation: He's gentle and correcting toward the right-wing press, then stresses words like "bunk," "how bad Cuomo has been for NY," and "It's CUOMO who did all that." The one stat he cites is that 1.4 million people left NY in a decade under Gov Cuomo. That in and of itself doesn't prove anything, and O'Reilly doesn't offer anything to support it. He mentions "hundreds of people" he knows personally -- "affluent, good people" -- who have left NY. So an anecdotal survey of O'Reilly's friends qualifies as non-slanted? He cites highest taxes in the country as a negative and crime in NYC, both conservative staples. And he says Biden doesn't know or care to know b/c he's all in on left-wing ideology -- another assumption of motive and character where he gives the right grace.
Look at the disdain on his face when he's talking about Biden, Cuomo, and the state of NY -- and talking for 60+% of the clip about them -- after a small, gentle, then dismissed chiding of right-wing media on an absolute no-brainer.
Look, I'm sure I could present something I consider unbiased and you could point out all kinds of liberal bias. Nobody is as good at seeing it when it's stuff they agree with.
