Again no one would come to a country that is so systematically racist. And since I am the second person who would not say anything to you face to face you must be a real badass

"SO systemically racist"? You can't admit it's systemically racist at all, so forget assessing degrees. And children do better with logic than to think immigration interest is in any way an endorsement of how non-racist we are.

It's fake bravado on your part to claim what you'd say to someone's face when you know you won't ever get the chance.

You are the one who constantly says no one would say anything to you face to face.Next come out with your version of the Cornpop saga.
It is you who claims the country is systemically racist.I merely point out the fact that no one wants to come into a country that due to their race they have no chance for success.Liberals say that African Americans are so stupid they cannot get a government ID but yet it is conservatives who are racist

I don't think I have ever said that w/o someone else's first saying they would say it to my face. That's what you just did, so point your fake BA finger at yourself, hypocrite. lol @ trying to pin that on me.

You really suck at direct quotations. Liberals have never said either of those things. How old are you? Good grief.

Maybe you were out of touch during the last election. Many Democrats came out and said that African Americans could not get ID’s.Kamala recently said that they coul not get copies of ID’s to verify they were eligible to vote.Like all libs you hold minorities in contempt while claiming you have their best best interests at heart

Do you identify as a conservative? B/c that video really doesn't support any conservative talking point I'm aware of or expose liberals for any hypocrisy or contradictions. The intro/outro w/ Stacey Abrams is edited, and has nothing to do w/ the distinction between the principle of proving who you are and the reality of GOP-led bad faith efforts to suppress votes. NC's voter-id law, for example, was struck down several years ago for DELIBERATELY targeting Black voters. Dallas Woodhouse, then spokesperson for the state GOP, claimed it was just good strategy to make it harder for likely Democratic voters to vote. He outright admitted that.

Democrats: "black people are too stupid and too poor to be able to obtain an ID."

The Democrats have played this card for so long now. If their concerns are sincere, then why hasn't there been a push for these helpless minorities to have access to a free, government issued ID? Seems like there are alternative reasons for democrats to not want voter ID.

@GhostOf301 : "I made up this quotation because I'm unable to argue honestly, but it's all good because the other conservatives here will validate me anyway."
That's cute. You delete the actual argument and then claim it is me that is unable to argue honestly. Like arguing that voter ID laws are racist is an honest argument. Every western democracy has voter ID laws except for us. Can you find data that shows that in the states that do have voter ID laws, minorities are having their votes suppressed? Can you explain why there hasn't been an argument for making it easier for these people who supposedly can't afford an ID, find the DMV or access the internet to obtain an ID?

I doubt you can explain that. Because it's ********. There is a reason why the democrats don't want voter IDs. I just can’t seem to figure it out.

Congratulations @Dattier. I’ve said you’re a clever Ol lib. By getting a back and forth over a topic like racism, voter id… you’ve done well, and shown how cunning you are.

Much better to argue race, and social issues than this President. I can’t blame you one bit.

If I voted for Biden, I’d want to talk about anything but Biden.

The argument that was predicated on a quotation you made up? lol Stop shooting yourself in the foot before every duel.

Data

Free ID is a great plan. You can't proceed until you've completed that step.

Christ, datt. Do you not understand what is tongue and cheek? The quotation I made up is just your words in what they REALLY mean. I haven't shot myself in the foot. Quit being weird.

As for the data. Maybe I will go through that mess later. I don't have time for all that right now. Probably just sensationalized ********, because today, there is no racism behind voter ID laws. Nice that you say getting these mysterious creatures who can't afford an ID a free ID is a great plan. So answer the question. If people not being able to afford an ID is the REAL issue, then why are we continuing to use that as a reason not to have voter ID laws instead of fixing this made up problem of people not being able to obtain an ID for whatever make believe reasons libs claim? Why are democrats so concerned about voter ID laws when EVERY western democracy has them? Why?

How are covid ID's to prove vaccination a good thing but voter ID to prove identity a bad thing? Isnt it pushing the same burden on the same people who apparently cannot get an ID? BTW...an ID is required to get the Covid shot...the stats show all races overwhelmingly want ID to vote...

I'm aware you weren't trying to fool anyone into believing it is an actual quotation; it is not in any way what objections to ID requirements really mean. You're using your joke for real misrepresentation and further decline in political discourse.

Your questions have been answered so many times. They are rooted in your refusal to acknowledge the systemic racism behind such laws. SCOTUS gutted part of the Voting Rights Act in 2013 and since then we've seen an explosion of ID laws, many of which have faced legal challenges as racially discriminatory. NC's was found to be deliberately discriminatory in 2016.

My questions have not even come close to being answered. Why is there not a call to make obtaining an ID easier IF that is the REAL reason for objecting to voter ID laws? Why are democrats concerned about voter ID laws when EVERY western democracy has them? You know that the answer is not racism. Racism is what they hide behind. And who found the laws to be deliberately discriminatory, the same people who peddle the ******** claims? Of course they've faced legal challenges, from the people who oppose the laws for reasons you can't tell.

I know the answers are rooted in institutional racism. What good will any answers do if you've already rejected them?

"Why is there not a call to make obtaining an ID easier IF that is the REAL reason for objecting to voter ID laws?"
There has been. So far, they've been made free. The same transportation, scheduling, and documentation issues still apply.

"Why are democrats concerned about voter ID laws when EVERY western democracy has them?"
What any other Western democracy does is irrelevant. Democrats have stated this repeatedly: deliberate targeting of BIPOC voters. You've been answered. Rejecting the answer does not entitle you to a different one, as if you were entitled to any answer from the beginning.

"And who found the laws to be deliberately discriminatory...?"
The 4th Circuit Federal Court, in 2016: "Although the new provisions target African Americans with almost surgical precision, they constitute inapt remedies for the problems assertedly justifying them and, in fact, impose cures for problems that did not exist.”

its more than just Voter ID, its the other trappings that come with things.... precincts being closed and cut and some being established at furthest proximity of the particular area , hour and day changes, early voting windows changed, purging voter rolls of legitimate eligible voters, improper redistricting and gerrymandering......and for the most part predominately in places of color

Well, seeing as there was no response from the conservative caucus about voter suppression laws, they must be ducking that topic in favor of the low-hanging mask joke.

Did I do that right, conservatives?

No. The topic was specifically about how voter ID laws are racist. It has run its course. It can only go on for so long. I did you a solid by not responding to your last blabbering post.

Voter suppression isn’t a real issue? The very method by which we determine who gets to be President in the first place doesn’t matter? That sure seems contrary to your buy-in to debunked voter fraud conspiracy theories. Make sure you refer to President Biden as YOUR President from now on.

Right on. Systemically racist to me suggests they’re being oppressed so why would they leave countries with virtually no white people? Because their lives are better here so I guess Whitey must not be all bad. I’m so sick of these wine cooler drinking virtue signaling race hustlers

Not well. Even socialist Europe is missing Trump. They realize that a fragile U.S. could be catastrophic for them in the long run. Meanwhile the 25th Amendment is liable to be executed eventually. Problem is, the Vice President is dumb as a sack of hammers too

You don't acknowledge systemic racism, but now you're going to say what it "suggests" to you? Weird.

If Jim Crow was so bad, why didn't Black people just leave?

You have to misrepresent liberals as saying something more extreme in order to have an easier opponent you can handle.
