Not buying into Michigan being that good and Rutgers that bad.

I guess you haven't looked into Michigan's home results this year. They've pitched two shutouts and allowed just 7 points to two other teams.

Rutgers 3

Wisconsin has the #2 D in the B1G
Michigan has the #1 D in the B1G

I am going to the Bentley - CW Post football game and save myself from watching NEW JERSEY players kick our..

It would make me sick to my stomach and make me feel miserable for a week.

Well, the down trend we're on is very telling that another blowout is imminent. The last 2 games we have been outscored 97-17. Expect the same this week! Michigan can name their number- Rutgers 10.

Mich: 48

The final RU point "total" is, of course, predicated on the hope that the Knights' very own "King Clang", aka Kyle Federico, will be able to find the space between the goal posts at least once.

38-6 Michigan. Laviano throws 2 early pics and flood doesn't take him out in fear of hurting his growth. So to help him grow as a QB he leaves CL in for 3 and a half quarters to throw 2 more pics and not get the offense into the endzone (for the 4th time this season. Other 3 were PSU, OSU when Rettig put up out only points, wisky as Austin scored out only TD, and UM on Saturday)

Michigan - 59
Rutgers - 0

Laviano fumbles two snaps and throws two picks, however, he plays until the fourth quarter. Then he puts in Dare. After the game Flood explains he forgot Rettig was on the roster.

God bless a few of you for holding out hope lol!

A defense that is better than PSU's, Ohio State, or Wisconsin's, against the team that didn't move the ball against either of those three teams?? We also can't stop a fly from moving the ball on us. This one is nothing but pain, especially after Michigan lost the way they did to Michigan State, and then almost lost the "little brown jug" game, this one gets ugly:

Them 35
Us 7

...but it's really not that close. Either LC scores on the big play, or there's some kind of busted play, and that's how we get our 7.

Think they will be motivated

Michigan 40 RU 35

Laviano leaves the game with an injury and Flood is forced to put in Rettig in the first quarter.

Rettig nearly leads team to an upset but is pulled for Dare who throws a game changing interception

Really?

Nobody's done this yet?

80 - 7

ANN ARBOR, Michigan (Ticker) -- Rutgers has endured a lot
of rough days recently, but nothing like this.

Michigan handed the Scarlet Knights their worst loss in
more than a decade, rolling to an 80-7 victory in a Big Ten
Conference contest.

It was Rutgers' worst defeat since an 80-7 setback to West Virginia
in 2001. The Scarlet Knights' most decisive loss ever came in a
98-0 defeat to Yale in 1883.

"To say the least, we did not go 1 - 0 today," Rutgers coach
Kyle Flood said. "We didn't do much of anything well and it
shows in the score."

The Wolverines outgained the Scarlet Knights, 627-177, and set
another Michigan Stadium record with 11 touchdowns.

"Our guys played all four quarters, except for the first team who only played
one quarter" Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh said. "It was time to put a total
game together and we did that. We had a total team effort."

After punting on its first possession, Michigan scored the
next nine times in had the ball to open a 59-0 lead at the end of one quarter.

Over by Halftime don't even care how bad it gets. Promised myself and wife I will turn it off this time when it gets out of hand to save my sanity. Plus for my poor dogs they cower in the corner, can't keep scaring them do to an incompetent coach.

While I admire your optimism, last year UM had a coach leading the team who's since been canned, had an extremely down year in football...for them, and played the game in Jersey. -I also have a feeling they're still plenty ticked off after blowing the MSU game, and they're no doubt looking for some B1G time payback for last year's "L" against us and will want to make a statement in this upcoming weekend's meeting exactly for that reason.

Not the most promising mixture of elements from an RU perspective. ...Then again, I guess anything's possible in a football game, even if it might not really be remotely probable.
