But for those that can't understand your troll efforts, no, the studies I refer to don't consider inebriated consensual sex as rape.
The leading survey I'm referring to from The Medical University of SC uses the 3 classifications previously stated : forcible rape, rape while incapacitated, or drug induced rape.
The definition of the 3rd instance in the survey/study "the perpetrator deliberately gives the victim drugs without her permission or tries to get her drunk, and then commits an unwanted sexual act against her involving oral, anal, or vaginal penetration. The victim is passed out or awake but too drunk or high to know what she is doing or to control her behavior."
If that's your idea of a normal sexual encounter in college then you may be a serial rapist.

Yeah, Rock's opening was the main thing I was interested in seeing. I mean, I obviously know which way he's going to lean, but to even get a 60/40 split out of it --taking shots at both sides-- made for some pretty funny stuff!
It was one giant pity-party. 30 minutes into the Oscars, I wasn't sure who I was supposed to feel bad for.. Gays, women with black-eyes, alter boys, blacks, people who have money in banks..
Thought Chris Rock did a great job and made some great points, although the whole black issue dragged on far too long. There was simply no "12 years" or "Butler".. this year.
As for political views, you know what you're going to get from Hollywood and an awards show where they can flaunt there elitist minds for 45 seconds. I was basically there for the CR monologue and that was it. I don't agree with 99% of Hollywood, so I steer clear.. Plus it's an awards show, if I wanted to watch something that I can find out the results 10 minutes later, it'll be a sports draft, thank you very much.
