52. Maybe a six pack, then I usually listen to Billy Joel's the Stranger or some 80s music. Sometimes I watch old games on youtube. Any more than that and I feel sick or end up saying stupid things I regret the next day. If I am out I just have 2 beers. I drink about once a month.

I’m 48. I’ll have 4-5 beers and 2 tokes and I’m relaxing and enjoying good music, maybe a fire, friends or even by myself, and thats the perfect buzz and a good time for this old guy. What about y’all?
Bout the same. Maybe mix in a shot or two of bourbon as well.

My beer drinking has dwindled down to nothing, 6pack for a whole summer so far, but my cocktails go forever. Took a trip to the liquor barn a while back to fill my bar up so I can bout make any drink to fit my happy hour. Add in a white Owl full of purp and I'm happy with no hangover. Usually I have more drinks for UK games and of course GameDay meals are a must. So looking forward to College Football in 2weeks and probably fill up the liquor cabinet with the local stuff. BULLITT and Woodford to start the season and go up the shelf through the season.

Over 60 now so 2 or 3 beers and I agree but it's not a question of health thankfully. Could be 4 or 5 if I'm engaged socially and with my wife as a DD or Ubering.

Late 40's here, and I'm a 100% social drinker, and when I head out to meet friends I always use uber because I want to catch a good buzz and have a good time. Takes me about 7-8 tall beers to get a really good buzz if I mix in some food. On an empty stomach it's about 6 cold domestos for maximum fun. Wish I had time to do this more than a handful of times a year.

A double bourbon over ice and a bowl of indica puts me in the sweet spot.

I can smoke weed all night and maintain, but I’ve been a lightweight drinker since my early 30s. Three stout mixed drinks or five beers will have me sloppy.

I used to be able to drink a 12 pack and function the next day. Past 50 and I'm wrecked at 6. I know there's a higher alcohol content in what I buy when out vs the cheapest beer I could find years ago, so that's the reason I'm telling myself. Weed has always been meh to me, but I've heard about dispensaries having a lot of success with "sleep caps" and I'd like to try them for occasional insomnia.

I start my medication around 5 AM..my present medication of choice is Norther Lights and Girl Scout Cookies....I have a toke or two of Gorilla Glue for bed time......I drink beer in the evenings............I am 67.....so no need to keep count....ususally it is 2-3 cubes of Bud Light a week........if it's hot and I am cutting grass or doing my gardening work I might pop a top as early as 9 AM..........I have pretty much turned into a hermit.....I never really drank until I retired.......I am a master Carpenter by trade..........I have seen fingers go flying because of boozing while working.....so I never imbibed while working............I like it like this........I don't like to be around many people.......sitting in my loft, watching my pigeons with a can of beer..............I love retirement..........

64 and not much on the beer except after cutting grass or playing ball. Usually German or Belgian. Other than that, about 2 mixed drinks a night relaxes me. Rum and coke normally, whiskey on occasion and scotch on the rocks if I am not mixing.

I have been getting more into the Heffe's and Belgians lately. If you can find it fresh it's hard to go wrong with La Fin Du Monde.

What kind of ball are you playing at 64?
With my own ;). Actually, I play softball still. The better term is at it. I keep myself in shape enough to still play. As a pitcher (slow pitch) I don't have to cover much ground defensively. I still hit the ball pretty good and they allow for a pinch runner even though I can still run the bases decently. If we are in a tight one, I get a pinch runner.

For insomnia, if melatonin don't do it for you a good edible will do the trick. Maybe a piece of gummy or quarter of a cookie. My perfect buzz is a one hitter or two of some form of diesel and 2 really good beers. Put a fishing rod in my hand and it's just the cherry on top.

Went fishing (bass) for a few hours this morning. One hit and that was it. Weather has been hot (near or at 100°) for a few weeks now so, the bass are laying low.

Awesome. At 64, pitcher is about your only option. Unless you weigh 300+, then you catch lol.

Well, there is always the senior leagues where I could play any position but, they only have them in OKC about an hour's drive from me. Thinking about it for next year since I am now retired. I can go, get back late and tell my wife that I won't get up with her to see her off in the morning.

Played slow pitch softball until I was about 30. All I ever played was pitcher. Could hit base hits really well, but couldn’t run worth nothing. Always had weak legs. Trying to get back into golf, but my 61 year old legs are making it challenging. I admire your ability to play softball at 64, pretty impressive.
