Paraphrasing, Yancy said for a transitional class it's not so bad and everyone is kind of disappointed in the results and missing on some key guys, "... BUT 2013 IS GOING TO BE AMAZING !!11!1!1111"

So the spin from rebear world about this class is "We didn't want them THIS YEAR anyway!!11" and "WAIT TIL NEXT YEAR !!11!1111!"

We need the room for '13 commits next year. We weren't happy with his motor/desire/heart. There are other kids out there that deserve a shot at an FBS scholly. We already have our guys, just need to coach 'em up. We're looking for a 1* with heart and desire instead of a pompous, arrogant 2*who thinks he deserves the spot. We wanted to force Jokers hand and burn a scholly. He's actually going to sign with us tomorrow, he's a secret commit. The plan is for him to spend a year with Joker, get some training and muscle and then transfer to us after the '12 season.

they are deathly thin on the o-line. Aaron Morris is a promising young talent, I'll give them that. But they think they get better by losing Sowell and Massie. Ok, I'll give them Sowell, but Massie was actually a STUD that never got any help or coaching. He'll end up much like Wallace and others that have gone thru OM under the radar only to be studs in the NFL. He's projected as the #5ish overall OT with a top 2 round draft grade...with intangibles off the charts...

And Sowell was way overrated (as I tried to tell them back in the summer), but he was a lot better than what they had behind him. If theythought their OL was bad this, just wait till next year.
