"We all fell apart, even the coaches fell apart with the players. I
don't think that's right. We all should have stayed together."

Sidney said Monday that Stansbury "turned his back on me" in 2012.<span class="aa"></span><span class="pp"></span>"I
don't know what he had against me but he never called any plays for me
like he was last year," Sidney said. "It was always Arnett, Arnett,
Arnett. I felt like he turned his back on me, so I turned my back on
him. I didn't want it to be that way because Stansbury was a good guy.
He took a lot of stuff (from fans) about taking me back after the fight,
and all of the stuff I had been through. He was right there. He's a
good guy but we weren't a team in that last game."

He's always found ways to blame other people for his 17ups. DS is right, there is no helping Sidney. He could have played for Coach K, Roy Williams, Capilari, Boeheim or anybody and the only difference would have been his *** would have hit the road a long time before it left Starkville.

my biggest fear all along was if it didn't go down his way, he would turn into a huge whistle blower ...it begans!

Rick wanted the ball to go to a guy who worked his *** off, who ran the floor, who was just as tall, not as fat, and who appeared to be a much better team player. How in the hell can Sidney be surprised by this? Unfortunately, a person with a true competitive edge, and not a whiney *** cry baby, would considerMoultrie'sabilities to be a challenge. I had hoped that Sidney would get pissed offand workharderbut instead we got more of what almost everyone expected.

Again, I hope he figures it out before it is too late but I am damn near certain that he willnever figure it out. This guy likely has a very long life of disappointment ahead of him and no one else is to blame but himself.

He has no life skills. He has wasted an opportunity to better the only chance for success he has. Now he will be shot down by the NBA and it will be anybody else's fault but his own. He has a reality check in his very near future and it will not be full of cash. I hope his cousin owns a cleaners or something, because he will need a job real soon.

That's the final piece of the puzzle, to me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt after the fight last year, and I thought he could be changed. I was way off and so was Stansbury. This guy just doesn't get it. He's a (what?) 22 year old with the brain of a 5 year old. I will go and say it right now. This guy will NEVER make an NBA roster and contribute (so much for Coach touting him being projected as a NBA pick). He will more than likely be out of basketball within the next 5 years and end up in prison for selling drugs. He's just a complete moron with no discipline or respect for anyone. What a shame. He could have made something of himself.

Not getting rid of this sack of **** as soon as he showed up for his first practice this past year at 280(or whatever) lbs.

This guy doesn't have a prayer of being drafted by an NBA team, and I think he'll be let go after a couple weeks by whichever international team takes a gamble on him. Professional coaches just don't have time for this kind of BS.

things when they're explained to him...that kind of person is totally useless. Sidney is a sad head shaking case.

after it was too late, he continued to try and defend his tolerance of him. I still don't understand why he kept putting up with him. That led to his downfall, so while Sydney didn't directly cause it, he sure as hell contributed to it. But Rick is a grown man so it fell on him..he didn't do what needed to be done, and it caused a cancer...end of story.

the more certain I am that he's a selfish piece of ****. Three years of 1,000 chances, and this is all he can say.

I can't defend Sid anymore with this... I still wish him the best and hope that he can get it together...but if he keeps up like this, there's no helping him. He'll more than likely go to Europe, and depending on how he develops over there he could possibly make a turn around like Brandon Jennings which is what I'm hoping for... but if he is seriously this clueless... I don't even know..

I just hope he realizes that the reason Stansbury, Cunningham, Brooks, and Grant are out of a job right now is because of him. Him being a selfish, lazy prick does affect others as well. If he lost that 30 lbs last year instead of trying to do now when he might get paid then just maybe all those coaches would not have to be uprooting their families in the next year or so.

That being said, I hope he gets it together, becomes an NBAsuperstar, realizes his debt to MSU, and gives us a huge donation one day.
