The size difference between SEC and CUSA is truly amazing.

The size of the O and D lines in CUSA vs SEC is like watching high school players vs NFL players. I know that we say this all the time about the size/speed difference between the SEC and other conferences, but it has never been more evident than watching the best CUSA has to offer and immediately switching over to the SEC championship game and seeing these monster lines.

Houston's defense was painfully slow... I don't see how fans don't get frustrated with defense. I know in most leagues, defense is an afterthought because fans want fireworks, but I'd MUCH rather watch a good defensive game than a game that's a shootout. Speed was a big difference, but defense was what was so unbelievable to me. Poor positioning, speed, tackling... and USM had their struggles, too.

Perception always trumps fact, but yes, the ELITE teams in the SEC are generally bigger and faster as THEY should be.
