I flew in from LA for the game so I will ask those that go every week. Is it common for the Husker vision crew to play "Let me clear my throat" during tv timeouts. When that song came on and the student section started dancing and then players on the field then the bench and then most of the crowd was awesome. I was thinking how great it was the recruits to see what that stadium can be like. It was a natural build up of emotions that gave me goosebumps.

It looked pretty awesome on TV, and that can't be even remotely close to how it was like in person, but on TV it looked pretty freaking fantastic to see the stadium rockin like that. I'm sure it made an impression on the recruits.

It was a good crowd. No boo birds. A few collective groans at some bad passing early.
It was fun to see the students and players get into it when that song came on. With all the pressure on the team it was good to see the crowd and players being one again.

The crowd was good and loud when it needed to be. The crowd did their part, the players just couldn't get it done. It wasn't from lack of heart or effort.

I know we are lamenting too many walk ons, but I'm hoping their love of Husker football will rub off on the team. If Riley and company can refill the depth chart with quality players i think the buy in starts with those guys.

Did they show on tv where Gangwich nearly killed Banker after the missed field goal he was so excited.

I'm hoping that good things start to happen for this defense and that is the preverbial light switch coming on.

In the worst way i want these coaches to succeed. Riley is well respected and will represent the N well. It wil be nice to have some class at the top agian, not only here, but in the playoffs.

"Let me clear my throat" needs to be played before every 4th quarter, that was awesome after that TD. Wish I could find a video of it somewhere.

It was great. Someone said the pressbox "moved" during Janos run. There is love for this program and players, despite the tards after half a season. I hope the players understand that. It was a gigantic dance party. I even saw some blue hairs having a good time

That was a pretty awesome moment and experience. First game I went to this year but I hope they do continue to do that

They played it this year and ever since joining the BIG. However, it went unnoticed because we've typically were getting blown out, playing a inferior opponent, or 1/2 the students had left the game.

Easily the most electrified that stadium has been in awhile! It was like the frustration of the last couple years and the first five games just blew up after that run. Never seen anything like it.
Walk-on kid from Gretna - you couldn't write the script any better. So to have it just implode at the end was so disappointing for the kids - students and players alike.

All details aside - I wanted that win so badly for our players. It really was a joy to see the stadium jamming along with the players. They were having so much fun. It just stinks that it didn't end up being a W in the end. Felt terrible for those guys.
