fill in the blank here. Anything from the gallon of special blend Maker's you've been saving for football season to the new helmets to the girls in their cowboy boots and sun dresses to Tyler Russell's first appearance.

I'll go with the tailgate blended with the whiskey and scoreboard watching for my first bets of the year. And also the new uniforms (because I hate Sly's uniforms with a passion).

Yes, I'm bored.

1. Being unable to predict 80-90% of the plays sitting in the stands and knowing the opposing DC is laughing at how easy his day is.
2. New uniforms
3. Checking out the campus talent

instead of playing to keep the score respectable.

It had damn better be that way or we again got the wrong coach.

I still say this is Croom's legacy. His punter for 4 of the 5 seasons at MSU set a career record for punts in a career in the SEC. And if I remember correctly, McAdams didn't punt every punt of his career did he? I want to say that he lost his job for a game or two, though I could be wrong on that. Either way, it's a bad stat when you're supposed to be an offensive minded coach.

SEC MOST PUNTS CAREER:
1. 293- Blake McAdams, Mississippi State (11,557 yards for 39.4 avg.)..........................2005-2008
2. 277- Jim Arnold, Vanderbilt (12,171 yards for 43.9 avg.)............................................1979-82
3. 272- Bill Marinangel, Vanderbilt (11,336 yards for 41.7 avg.) .....................................1993-96
4. 266- Jim Miller, Ole Miss (11,549 yards for 43.4 avg.)................................................1976-79
5. 254- Bill Smith, Ole Miss (11,260 for 44.3 avg.) .........................................................1983-86
6. 251- Matt Wait, Arkansas (10,599 for 42.1 avg.) ........................................................1994-97
7. 248- Dave Hardt, Kentucky (9,737 yards for 39.3 avg.)...............................................1968-70
8. 244- Lewis Colbert, Auburn (10,179 for 41.7 avg.) .....................................................1982-85
9. 240- Dustin Colquitt, Tennessee (10,216 for 42.6 avg.) ...............................................2001-04
10. 238- Cody Ridgeway, Ole Miss (10,021 for 42.1 avg.) ................................................2001-04

i am ready to see something different. getting the ball to different players in spaces is going to make football exciting again. i hope.

When the pic was taken, it looks to be about 3 1/2, he should be really nice this year with probably some more length and mass. Should be real nice.

exactly why I didn't shoot him last year. he was only about 35 yards when I was filming him with my old *** camera. i took a pic of the filmed version with my digital stick in the camera (again old camera). that is why the pic is not very clear. he would have only scored at best in the 140s at the time.

He should be a damn good deer this year......especially with a bow. Good Luck. If you don't mind traveling for a good buck, you should try hunting elk in colorado. The first year really turns into a scouting trip so you know where to hunt in the future, but it's worth it....so I hear. A friend of mine goes every year, and I'm threatening to go next year. I love that part of the country and to see it with a gun in my hand would make it that much better.

Oh, and in September, I most anticipate scouting, putting up my climber, cutting lanes if need be, and making some food plots for my kids and my father.

Watching the Cubs rally under new manager Ryne Sandberg from six games out to catch and pass the Brewers and Cardinals and head into October with momentum.

Oh, and football.

averaged more than 2 yards per punt more than McAdams did. The only one who didn't played in 1968-1970.
