Pretty generic interview. Was hoping Bo would ask some questions about his and Raffy's relationship thru the years.

He diplomatically said State did the right thing hiring Cohen. You could tell he was like most of us and thought it was to only logical choice. Said we hadn't recruited well lately and thought Cohen would change that.

If I had it over on 620, I could hear Chuck Stinson and Doug Coulson talk about the 2015 NFL Draft and how the Seahawks might trade up and get a top pick. More people in the Jackson area, Ole Miss people too, would rather hear Will Clark than some about the NBA.

at best, between Bo's show and Chuck & Doug's show. I'm constantly switching between the 2 shows. I really get tired of cigar, wine and grilled tuna talk. When Bo talks about sports, his show is pretty good.

The morning show on the new station is pretty good. 970AM. They, like Out of Bounds, concentrate mostly on local/college sports, yet you don't have to put up with any of the "life style" crap like cigars, wine, fine dinning etc etc.

loved Polk, most of them love MSU more, and would rather see us win than do something that made Polk happy just to make him happy.

They know that what we have at MSU is very special and that we were in danger of losing that by making the wrong hire in Raffo. Thankfully we made the correct move this time.
