America can continue this downward spiral of partisan sniping, name-calling and bickering. Or America can come together, work together, and succeed together. It is a clear and timely choice.
Assignment of blame and pointing of fingers does no one any good at this point, other than to boost some egos by cutting down an opponent.
Let's dump the Congressional investigations into Trump. They are essentially a partisan sideshow for Republicans and Democrats to strut around the barnyard to see who can most loudly scream "cock-a-doodle-do." Let Mueller do his investigation and report back. If he says there was no wrongdoing, accept it and move the country forward. If he says there was wrongdoing, accept it, punish the wrongdoers appropriately, and move the country forward.
Let's hope the leader of our country will lead by sending out one last tweet with a message of unity and tolerance, and will then concentrate on leading, not tweeting. And then let's support him because he is our President, and give him the opportunity to make this country even greater than it already is. If he succeeds, we're all better off. If he doesn't succeed, voice your opinion at the ballot box.
