Just talked to a man from Kerrville, TX, and it appears that Johnny Manziel didn't really accept money. The big rumor is that the money was deposited to his buddy Nate Fitch and not Johnny.

Therefore, Johnny has access to the money without ever actually accepting it. Good luck controlling this loop hole NCAA.

Also said that Johnny's dad went to very few of his high school football games and spent most of his time getting hammered on the golf course, the Manziel's moved from Kerrville because they had 2 houses repossessed, Johnny was arrested for 2 DWIs in high school and once for stealing from the local Wal Mart.

Very disfunctional family.

If Manziel didn't get paid then he is dumber than dirt, and he is not dumb. Who signs that many items, unless for a charity, and doesn't expect something in return?
