The warmists are starting to admit the climate models are worthless

I vividly remember libs on this board supporting/defending these models even though they have all been wrong. Warmists will no doubt still want us to destroy the use of fossil fuels and therefore our economy, but looks like the models are not doing the job.
I've never been sold on models that attempt to predict very complex natural systems. I suggest reading about what climate changes are actually happening instead of relying on model projections.

And as Freeman Dyson notes, the actual data does not support the theory.

Anybody who thinks we can control the weather or impact mother nature is a fool. Unfortunately, those that do, vote.

and maybe the people who think that we can't impact nature are the fools. Obviously we can pollute the water and land and render it unusable by life forms, then why can't we have an effect on the air given centuries to pump CO2 and other industrial gases into it? Add deforestation and other man-made actions and I believe it could happen.

It's like I'm on the dark ages forum.

You mean because you warmists have all been defending the models and now you have heard from on high that it's probably not a good idea continuing that defense? Emerging from the dark ages did require independent thought.

Oh goody, another thread that denies science.

You can say whatever you want about models, but the sea level has risen.

Global warming, global cooling back in the 70's, climate change is not supported by facts. I want a clean planet but not this voodoo crap that liberals permeate the world with. I can talk science with you and these eco terrorist are not supported by facts that can be duplicated. The earth is between 3-4 billion years old. We have maybe 100 years of accurate temps and many of those are suspect. 100 years to 3.5 billion is = to a grain of sand on a beach. Can you ell by that grain whether the beach is eroding or building? No. A cleaner planet can be had but govt has screwed everything it touches. This should be a goal, not based on crap science.

Just so you know, that statement is complete nonsense. We can't impact nature? Forget the global warming issue for a minute. Suppose someone asked you for examples where humans impacted nature. Could you think of any?

There is no such thing. you know very little about science. you just regurgitate what libs tell you. There's no proof that a .5 degree of temp increase over the last 50 years even causes a problem. Some hypothesize that it even might be of help. More people die for cold than heat. Yes, I can think of several that impact small areas but not the entire earth and cause many people to lose their jobs.

How does it feel when fellow libs abandon ship and acknowledge the model's flaws are so deep and need to be shelved.

Fellow libs abandon ship? Congratulations, you found one old man who is losing his mind say that he has doubts about global warming. Meanwhile, every credible scientific agency in the world maintains that it is happening. You just don't have a clue how stupid your posts make you look.

Talk about stupid, you didn't read his article. He's a fervent believer in global warming and wants radical changes. He's simply acknowledging that the models are so flawed as to not be useful. I think he's nervous that because the models are so wrong, people will stop believing in global warming.

I'll list two easy ones:

George Bush's weather machine he kept in Africa to stir up hurricanes to kill black people in the south.

Chernobyl
