Recently moved here from Baton Rouge (True Armpit of the world) and there isn't a city in the US with more character than New Orleans. I've been coming since I was a kid, and been to pretty much every other metro area in the US, and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.The last week has been amazing sports wise, and will only get better. There are so many different activities and things to do, anybody can be happy here, if they let themselves. But if people have ignorant obscured points of view, such as yourself, I guess they do not like the Big Easy.
I'm glad I didn't go a couple miles down the road to the Dome tonight if this score keeps up. The idiot Tiger fans are surely going to commit some stupid acts, should LSU tank.

Some of the best years of my life were lived in Uptown Nola.....There is so much more to the city than the French Quarter, you dumb #+*%....
We had some badass bidnessmen back in the day. And what the hell else is there besides food and music?!?! What a dummy.

What I wouldn't give for some beignets at Cafe du Monde for breakfast, some Drago's broiled oysters for lunch, and a peacemaker poboy at
Acme Oyster House for supper! LOVE the Big Easy! Been to San Francisco, L. A., Seattle, Dallas, Atlanta, and many, many others. The only city I have enjoyed as much (not more) as NOLA is Vancouver, B. C.
