We are a 13 seed that has been playing like a 4 or 5 seed as of late. We are a very dangerous draw for Washington. Washington got screwed.
13 seeds aren't generally only 4 point underdogs to 4 seeds. We can certainly win this game but we could lose it as well.
In other news, Northern Iowa is more than capable of beating Purdue. The Missouri Valley teams have a history of winning first round games (Creighton, Missouri State, Bradley come to mind)

A: Mississippi State. The Bulldogs have proven they can win in a tournament situation, winning four games to clinch the SEC's automatic berth. If the Bulldogs play like they have been for the last two weeks, a Mississippi State -Connecticut matchup in Glendale will be one to watch.
