There are two different laws in this country one

for the common peons like us and another for Hillary.

Remember when Bill was on the stand, the cry was that "just because he is president, he should not be held to a higher standard". Now, Hillary has her jock strap in a bit of a bind, and the cry now, "she is the leading candidate for the presidency, and therefore, the standard for inplementation must be higher".

That is the Clinton way. The laws do not pertain to them.

While it may or may not be true that the information found in Mrs. Clinton's e-mails put lives at risk, two facts remain: (1) whoever copied information from a classified message and sent it over the air to her private server is guilty of a serious violation, and (2) Mrs. Clinton's defense that it wasn't marked is no defense -- she had to know when she saw it that it didn't belong anywhere outside of the closed network, and at the very least she should have made it clear to those below her that they were screwing up and to ensure that they didn't do it again.

It makes a pretty convincing case that the OP is spot on with the subject line of this thread -- one set of laws for the worker bees and another for the queen bee.

Quite the opposite, one email was released with Hillary telling the subordinate to take off the markings and fax it to her.

Nothing is going to happen to Hillary.

Didn't say anything would. I'm almost 100% positive Obama's DOJ won't indict Hillary even if they found DNA blood evidence that she killed someone. Doesn't mean it won't impact the election, however.

Agreed..... It could impact the election but I have a feeling that Hillary's slimy dealing will not make it to 90% of the nightly news.

When will she ever be held accountable? Obamma won't because he is also culpable. Clearly lied about the server he emailed her on.

I know that -- I'm saying what she should have done, not what she did. Telling someone to remove markings is a violation itself.

Realistically it is only "a violation" if DOJ says it is. Unless the FBI(participating members) wants to cross the DOJ, it will not be pursued. News media is not following it too closely. Voters have already said they can overlook the criminal activity of her one more time.
