I noticed a big glare on it in the late afternoon & now w the lights on....

There is still a big glare on it. There is actually a reflection of the hailstate on the grass on the field. Wonder why they didn't make the awning a matte finish so it wouldn't be shiny? And will this cause problems during games for the fans or players?
