They have GOT to start reviewing these helmet to helmet calls.

I agree, too. The helmet-to-helmet hits only apply if a receiver is defenseless... aka, catching the ball. He was in stride for 2 steps AND lowered his helmet into the hit, like every player would do. It was a hard hit, but not one worthy of a 15 yard penalty.

Can't remember which game it was now, but a couple of weeks ago a defender got flagged for helmet to helmet on a tackle....against a running back. The RB ran it up the gut, bounced off a tackle and then lowered his head as the safety came in for the tackle. Their heads contacted and the ref threw the flag. I think it was a 3rd and long play as well. It's really getting out of hand.
