Last week, on an epic thread that got destroyed, willy4uk and I were talking about things you will never see in your lifetime. Obviously, thinking outside the box(pun intended) what are things you won't see in your lifetime? Maybe something you want to see? Have fun with it.

A second hit by mr. Big
David spade win an Oscar
The bengals win a super bowl
Rick pitino welcomed back in lexington



Just a few off the top I went all over with it on purpose for ideas. I know with the crowd we have over here this could get funny real quick lol.

1. I'll go ahead and say it, the Cubs win a World Series. Lol once the Reds drop out of postseason play around the all star break, Ill root for the Cubs if they make the playoffs.

Don't you know that our defense is really gonna make strides this year and our QB, <insert name of current QB of year in question>, has been working out with the best QB coach in the world and all these RS freshman who haven't played a down for us will be a HUGE upgrade over last year and, and, and......

I will say that I will live to see another Triple Crown winner. Maybe not this year, but too many horses have gone to the gate in the Belmont for it not to happen. Silver Charm (think I said Touch Gold by mistake), Smarty Jones and Real Quiet came awfully close, could have easily had three right there.

Actually just saw one the other day. Had to to a triple take. He wasn't huge, but certainly was a power lifter.

I work in downtown DC. Flamboyant homeless people are fairly common. There used to be a guy who was at least six feet seven who had several bright grannie style dresses and he wore one every day.

Here's a safe one: North Carolina admits all basketball accomplishments since 1993 were achieved with players who should have been ineligible and at least one banner is removed.

He sorta faded away a couple years ago after years of working the same couple blocks. But if he shows up again, will do.

I was going to post the same thing, lol. That special horse has to come along at some point, right? Last 14 years alone, in addition to Smarty, there's been Point Given, War Emblem, Funny Cide, Big Brown, and more recently I'll Have Another, under the care of Drug O'Neal, that have taken 2 of the 3 races.



*It was Touch Gold who beat Silver Charm to deny him the Crown.

You mean Georgia didn't win the SEC that year? Damn, I was sure they played Pitt in the Sugar Bowl. :p (You can't count forfeits after the season is over). But we did have a hell of a team that year, my a$$ is still frost bit from watching you guys in the Peach Bowl.

Honest question, you are a little bit older than me - will we see it the rest of our life? Isn't 1977 the last time we even had a winning record in the SEC?

Dammit Tskware brings up the most relevant point in this thread and it feels like he is straight pissin' in my mouth and I'm allowing it to happen because it's prolly the truth.

I'll admit, before I die, Tskware has a better shot at peeing in my mouth than UK winning a SEC championship in football. I'd like to post on the board but it's like reading the Depression Anonymous transcript.
