Right now we have a much better defense than Auburn. Without question we beat Auburn with Newton. LSU is debatable, but at least one LSU score was because of a short field because of a turnover. And we probably beat people like UK, Georgia, and Florida a lot more comfortably. A 9-0 MSU team would be the talk of the college football world and going from 5-7 to possibly undefeated would be one of the greatest turnarounds in college football history. That greedy jackass cost us a LOT more than 200K in exposure for our program and our university.

in alumni donations and merchandise sales that would have resulted. It would have sprung our program ahead by 5 to 10 years.
If the coaches are involved let them fry but the Auburn fans and alumni didn't do anything to deserve this. Sucks for them.
