He never had 3 1st rounders. No state coach besides Moorhead has. Mullen only coached 2 1st rounders (year they were drafted) in his miss state career

JoMo certainly hasn't inspired me to start betting money, but we definitely have a path to 7 or 8 wins. I'd say 6-6 is the floor next season.

Yes, the first of two times we finished in the top 20. Also finished 24th in 2017.

Mullen coached us to three top 25 finishes in 9 seasons. Basically 1/3rd of the time. He also coached us to four 3-5 and one 2-6 SEC season. If we give him a pass in 2009, that still means 1/3rd of the time he was under .500 in SEC games.

State returned their top RB,top four receivers and added KState's top WR,three returing linemen and 8 linemen in the two deep were upperclassmen,starting tight end returned.The only difference in this unit from 2018 was Fitzgerald.Moorhead brought in a senior QB to start that has a history of injuries dating back to high school.Someone has to have the football brain the size of a pea to think that is a rebuild.

This year was a rebuild. This was completely obvious after ULL. Plain and simple. I don't know why it is so hard to get that through your heads. We had 8 players suspended and we had an injured QB all season. It's been said that JoMo's record has been the same as Mullen's during with same sample size, but for some reason the fact fact seems to escape you people. You guys cry about JoMo's team not looking prepared....REMEMBER THE TIME WE LOST TO SOUTH 17ing ALABAMA. The same people whining about Moorehead are probably the same people who were calling for Mullen to be fired and are probably the same that are now saying how much better Mullen was. Guess what Dan Mullen got the 17 out of town. He's gone and JoMo is now our coach. He won 8 games his first season and he won 6 games his second season. We had the SEC's leading rusher and our defense was in the top 15 for turnovers. We are going to bowl game and you people act like the sky is falling. And then you all act like we are going to bring in a Sun Belt coach and all of our problem would be fixed. You all think that Kansas State and Tennessee were gimmes. They weren't. Kansas State beat Oklahoma. Tennessee ended the season on a 5 game win streak and after their rough start the only games they lost were to top 10 teams. Waaagh....Auburn beat use really bad. Guess what they just scored 48 vs Alabama. I could keep ranting, but I'll stop now...

I get it....I'm dumb, you're all smart, and JoMo is a complete failure... I hope you guys enjoy watching our 10th straight bowl game.

Did you see the performances we put forth against Tennessee and Alabama with 2 weeks to prepare? Did you watch the Auburn and LSU games? I’ve never seen our guys in maroon and white look more lost or unprepared than the first 10 minutes of every game against every team we played that has a pulse.
It is clear that this mother17’er doesn’t know what the 17 he is doing.

It's not so much that I like Moorhead it's more so because I think it's program suicide to fire him for the Louisiana-Lafayette or Austin Peay coach. Give me a better hire than that and I'll start warming up to the idea of replacing him.
