My dad could have raised me an LSU fan, but his dad made him suffer as a State fan and I will pass on the same tradition to my kids.

Similar situation with me. Wife's UGA, and as much as she tried the boy turned out to be a State fan. Bless his heart.
Same here, I get so frustrated with the dumb decisions we make as a university. I want us to be better.

Quite honestly, I don't remember any time in our history that I've been this apathetic about our sports programs. Maybe sometimes in the late 80s or early 2000s, but even then,, we had a decent baseball team.
This board is at its absolute best when the product on the field is $h!++y. It has been a really good run.
It looks like the run will continue through at least end of next football season.
Nobody knows what is about to take that field...literally...
But there's common sense and there's wool/fluff. The common sense would win a lot more $$ in Vegas betting than wool would
My youngest son is a fan of any team I am a fan of. He asked the other day “How did you become a state fan again?”
and it was a question based more out of aggravation than curiosity
