We currently don't have a point guard, so he's pretty important.

Hood first and foremost. Then Pollard, Gray, Sword, Ware.....hell, the entire class is important since all of them will see significant playing time next year by default.

I'm not saying Ray will be bad, but he will likely be in a much tougher spot talent wise starting out, than Payne would have been. Payne would have likely kept Hood and all of the current signees, plus possibly Pollard. We'll have to see what Ray can do.

let that set in for a second. If Scott would have listen to everyone we would still have Hood and got Pollard if we hired Payne. Hood is gone now.
