we still had a chance to make a stop and tie the game, but they give up a td in 2 or 3 plays, great job D.

but they gave up 17 points for 3 quarters and a half versus Houston. It wasn't the D's fault today. It's the turnovers. In our last 3 games, we have had 4, 5, and 4 turnovers respectively. Just not going to win like that.

And I think our playcalling was very suspect especially on the drive with Lee's last INT. Why we decided to pass on first down is beyond me. They weren't stopping us on the run.

the linebackers don't need to mix it up on the line and leave the whole middle of the field open. The only time they were hadicapped and not rush the line like a bunch of idiots we go a turnover. One *$!%++* time.

Agree with DS - that pass call on that drive where we took the 1st down sack was a killer play that's not getting enough attention. But even then, coming out of the timeout, the play call to throw the bomb into double coverage was even worse. It would have been a 40+ FG but at least it would have been a chance to come away with some points there.

I will readily agree that I've yet to watch a college football game where receivers are consistenly as wide open as when anybody plays us. For instance OM's secondary doesn't have any standout players and they're much, much, much closer to receivers than our guys are.

That mullen had to be patient and keep giving them dixon enemas. He went ADD with his playcalling. And on the D, they laid down as a result of the O Fups.

I was a little disappointed in the play calling today. I think Mullen tends to overthink things sometimes and get a little too cute. They could not stop our 5-headed tailback monster we were throwing at them.
