First let me say I like Coach Pope, but at this point like Kenny Payne he’s over his head.

We can talk about lack of:

• Heart/ Desire
• Hustle
• Chemistry
• Basketball Acumen

But the bottom line is that this Team has no one and I mean No one that can shoot. And no matter if the injured return you can’t correct shooting. You’re either born a shooter or you’ll never be a shooter. You can go to the Craft Center & put up shots all day, but it ain’t happening. Shooter are born not developed. Try developing this bunch I dare you!

If Mitch does bale in early ’26 the new AD if hired ‘appropriately from the outside’ then he needs to make he change and bring in his Coach. We passed on several good ones in the lack of searching that Mitch did! Bruce Pearl to mention one like him or not!

This turd ain’t getting better so buckle up for the most embarrassing and harsh comments from the Basketball Talking Heads for the balance of the season.

Sad thing is this experiment has 0 quality recruits for his final year. I like Pope as a person and admire his Kentucky spirit, but he is in over his head and the water is carrying him closer to the deep end of the pool. Can't see any way this can be turned around, its gonna be a long cold winter in the bluegrass.
