have students always been as bad as they are now at keeping a rhythm when doing a chant or singing a song? I'm watching the Louisville/WVU game right now and noticed after an air ball the WVU students were chanting "air ball, air ball" and they were doing it super fast and speeding up as they chanted. It reminded me of how every time our students do the "we're gonna beat the hell outta you" chant they do it so fast that it sounds ridiculous. It's like they can't wait to say "whoo, damn right" or something. Just wondering if I was the only one that notices that, even though it doesn't make any damn difference. It made me laugh to think about racing through that song though and everybody being at a different speed, kinda funny.
