A big reason a lot of their fans wanted Corky gone was because he couldn't get to a SR. We'll see if they can pull it off this year.
From the token SoMiss contingent, it is hard to believe. I do believe that the ACC (and Ga Tech) is over rated.
they've got experience, solid pitching, great defense and a true freshmen, Synder hit a 3 run bomb (which was the difference tonight) - he's very, very talented. I hate to say it but i finally think they make it and based on how they are recruiting (who they are redshirting), they could be there many times in the future.

Maybe the weakest regional field I've seen in a long time.. they have barely broken a sweat getting to 2-0.
But Ole Miss has a hell of a team, even without Bittle. They will be a tough out for UCI or UVA.
Also today there were several pretty high rollers that I know that claim Bittle will pitch next weekend... if so they will beat UCI
