That is awesome. Now how much longer do we have to wait to get it to that point? Man. It isn't the largest, but dang it if it won't be one of the nicest.

The football offices are going to be in the new football facility that will overlook the practice fields. Other than that this plan looks great. I don't think we will see the north and south endzone expansion get done at the same time.

hate to be a downer, but do we really think we could fill that stadium week in and week out??? Yea, we've had what 6 or 7 sellouts in a row but that picture looks like it seats probably close to 70k. We would be one 4-8 season away from looking like OM and having half full stadiums

For every home game this year and last except for Alcorn, Houston, UAB, and J State.. The Bama, LSU, Florida, and UM games last year would have pushed 70k. This past season the Auburn, Arkansas, Georgia, and Kentucky games would have sold over 65 with Memphis game up there too, it being first game.

So, even though we have sold out the stadium 9 games in a row we shouldn't expand on the off chance that we might take a dip and not entirely fill the stadium in the future? I guess by that same logic we shouldn't bother trying to hold on to a good coach because he might leave in the future and we would be disappointed.

You have to spend money to make money and you have to put weight behind the football program if you really want it to grow. There may be seasons that aren't as successful but I have never looked at ANY of the expansions we have done so far and felt that it was a waste. If people like you were in charge we would still be in our 1941 version of the stadium. /sigh

Looks like ****... bunch of short sighted people on here.
People need to believe in the potential of this program in the future and allow the stadium to built for it.
That means fully sized endzones with full sized endzone upper decks...connecting all the way around or at least to the east side upper deck.

Btw...football offices will not be in the new expansion or any expansion they will be in the new football complex built next to the practice fields.

is to not put the club and suites in the end zone. expand them out from where they currently are. And match it on the west side. Put end zone club and suites back on future plans.

Every other design I have seen has a seperate endzone structure Without connecting the lower grandstands. I thought that would be a huge mistake.
I like this one much better.

Just go ahead and pencil it in. We will win the 2012 SEC championship game and be on our way to the BCS national championship as of 12/20/12. Book it.

/Obviously the indians buried under DWS were of Mayan decent.

a) the quality of the rendering is terrible in the first place. b) I dont think the design of the expansion fits our stadium at all.
