I saw Godsmack with Metallica in Little Rock in 04. My ears rang for a week.

Pretty impressive Molly Hatchet is playing considering they’re all dead. I’d still see the cover band though. Also STP & the Pretty Reckless.

I do like Molly Hatchet because I'm a southern fried redneck and I have a lot of great memories of watching BigAssTruck 25 years ago.
I forgot the guys name. I think they had a contest and the guy won it if I remember correctly.
Chester Bennington from Linkin Park was the lead after Scott until his suicide. The rest of the band is still the original lineup.
Jeff Gut. And he is excellent. Better than Weiland was in his later years.

Not to besmirch anyone on this list, but it does make me consider if being a one-hit wonder is a blessing or the biggest curse ever? Imagine being Ugly Kid Joe in 2026 and being damned to play I Hate Everything About You for eternity.
There are a lot of one hit bands in there that would make a great mix CD

Dated a crazy chick. When she proclaimed Shinedown's Simple Man was superior to the original, I started plotting my exit strategy.
To this day, it's the only thing I recall about the band.
I have tickets on Sunday for that very reason. One day was $189. The full ticket package was $1400 roughly. Unfortunately, my donations to my alma mater are too important to afford the full festival atm
