I was told by one of the coaches in early July this year that nobody was missing the team workouts and Prescott and McKinney were pushing their teammates hard. These were voluntary workouts. Coach said he'd never seen anything like it.

We'll soon see......

During our 30 minute SECN season preview, the most encouraging thing I saw was Chris Jones's response when asked about whether we have one of the best D-Lines in the SEC.

He said something to the tune of "we were 7-6 last year, and that's not going to cut it."

Hard to fathom ...

Two-a-days without a single cramp ...

Court and his staff will then follow up with those players shortly afterward in team meetings to make sure they’re hydrating properly.
“We haven’t had a single cramp so far in camp,” Court told me.
As a team, they’re only losing two pounds per practice, which is incredibly impressive. Court has stationed two trainers with every position group at practice, with three types of drinks available to them. He’s not messing around.
“We’re at the front, in terms of sports science,” he said.

Woah, woah, woah......Court needs to go read "The Junction Boys" or some similar book about how championship teams were built. Drinking water during practice is a sign of weakness. And don't complain to the trainers about injuries, or you'll lose your starting job. An offensive lineman with a torn ACL? Screw it....just use your other knee!
