I'm shocked that we in the eastern panhandle don't see it more often on 340 between the Shenandoah and Potomac river bridges near Harpers Ferry . We had a similar fatal accident along that stretch of highway a few years ago and we had seen many incidents of large rocks and trees falling on the road since.
