He predicted ISIS would fail because they were the jv team. He predicted Russia would become an ally with his new reset. He predicted all kinds shovel ready jobs would boost construction. He predicted he would pull all troops out of Afghanistan. He obviously predicted that he could use an executive order on immigration since he later changed his mind (and we all know the Constitution didn't change). And he predicted the U.S. would punish Assad if he used chemical weapons.
