I posted ratings yesterday for Fox, CNN and MSNBC. Fox more than tripled the combined ratings of the other two for the Inaugural Address. For the day, Fox more than doubled the combined ratings.
CNN's strategy seems to be to battle it out with MSNBC for the liberal viewer leaving Fox with the other 50%. I'm not sure this is a wise strategy. I think they get better numbers if they move to the center. My guess is that if CNN numbers don't begin to improve in the age of Trump, Zucker will be fired or will do some firing on his own.
I just heard that the #%$& Madonna was dropping F bombs from the podium yesterday. Again how does this limited IQ but musically talented piece of crap get to the podium and then be allowed to drop f bombs?
I don't like her, but she do a lot for women being socially accepted for embracing their sexuality. For that I am grateful.
More importantly, imagine if a Tea Party leader said about Obama a fraction of the things said yesterday about Trump. Do you think it makes the news is in a huge way? Do you think they play the audio, bleeping out the vulgarity? Do you think they show the signs ad nauseam?
I don't know why the left can't understand that when we're dealing with national opinions these celebrities hurt them rather than help. Maybe it boosts then in parts of the country that are already on their side but what difference does that make? Hillary had way more celebrities campaigning for her. Did it help? Well maybe it helped boost her margin of victory in CA and NY but it sure didn't help in the Rust Belt.
Hey, let's all stop what we're doing so that we can listen to Madonna's opinion on national and international issues. Maybe she can chime in on the string theory and 5G research and the quest to put people on Mars while she's at it.
