to the media and everybody else...and that's a fact....can't imagine why other than the fact that the scout team or whatever they call it will be running the State offense, and they don't want the media to see all the LSU players laughing out loud , or guffawing as it were, and rolling on the field in stitches.

Miles may have heard it too and is working on spread defense. I have a realiable source! Relf will start at least and you can take that to the bank!

Crxxm the other day in all these interviews and teleconferences and what not said we have been running the spread for 2 years. I don't know the spread thing is supposedly new.

Half the people said what Ga tech ran was a spread option. They ran an option with 3 wide outs, a hb/fb and 2 wingbacks that we used in the "I" way back when I played football. If you call that the spread, hell everybody runs the spread that doesn't run the straight "T" from the late 1950's.

with a new QB when he hasn`t been able to get his current POS going in five 17ing years. Sounds great especially when it will happen on TV against a weak team like LSU. The guy is a great man AND a genius coach. Life is good.</p>

Playing Relf, cuts down on the prospects of Carroll, and Lee getting seriously hurt...There may be a long term benefit to the program.
