I have no idea what LSU is gaining or losing in the off-season. I have to think LSU will be better in BR next year than they were in Starkville this year.
Our team should be better for sure. I say we compete. Hopefully we go in with enough hunger from this year's game to pull out an upset.
Amazing that you're still a believer in that dumbass. They lose to MSU like they're supposed to and either of the Arky/UGA games that they could've easily lost, and they're sitting at 7-5 (which is where they should be)Coach34 said:this year they had to go to Georgia, Bammer, Starkville, and Mississippi...I think having State, Bammer, Georgia, and Mississippi at home will benefit them more, plus the easy win at Vandy
They should have a better team next year...and I look for Miles to replace Crowton,,,but who knows with Miles- but it's got to be nice to be 9-3 headed to a bowl game...Miles has to beat Saban next year- its that simple
This is true when looking back on a season just for the purposes of evaluating that season. However, when using 2009 results to project what will happen in 2010, it is definitely worth considering how a team won and not just if they won. To think otherwise is incredibly simple-minded.UCantStop15 said:but the only thing that counts is what DID happen. They won those games, even though they could have easily lost them. Hell Bama could've easily lost to Auburn, but they didn't. As long as LSU recruits at a high level (and that probably won't change), they will always be a contender.

And why do you continue to spew the crap that they'll be the West favorite next year?
They lose a 1st rd left tackle, WR, 3 RB's, 3 contributors on the DL, a LB or 2, and possibly Chad Jones. And even if they rid themselves of Crowton they'll be breaking in a new offense w/ a below average QB while Bama returns nearly its entire offense
