There is a picture on facebook of Brassell and Whitehead. Under the picture Donte Moncrief(4 star Ole Miss recruit) says "man that pic go hard".Which basically means cool picture. Whitehead then said "Thanks big homie, come get in done with your boys". Which basically means come play with us at MSU. Here is the kicker. Moncrief responded "I dont know big dog, i mean they dont show me no love. Which basically means we don't act like we want him. We are getting the guys WE WANT regardless of what they are ranked. If we wanted Moncrief he would be in Maroon.

when you consider all factors (teaching, training, offensive and defensive systems, game strategy, attitude, recruiting, etc.) the current football coaching staff is absolutely hands down the best staff ever to be assembled at MSU in the history of the school. Always seemed like we maybe either had a good defensive staff or a good offensive staff (usually only a good defensive staff or neither) but right now I believe we've got it working on both sides of the ball. The only thing left is to upgrade the overall available talent on the team and I believe our staff's recruiting efforts will take care of that over the next few years.
