Texas-San Antonio has only been playing football for three years, and they have a better team than we do.
So much money is being thrown at this program, with no results. There are way too many people sitting on massive paychecks doing almost nothing. I'd fire every person remotely associated with the football program, including the hotdog vendors and locker room custodians.

I'm sorry, but a college football team does not embarrass a state as a whole unless you have a fairly mediocre life. Just sports..

It's what people associate the state with. Regardless of what you think or believe, the CFB team is a big part of the states identity.
Donations to the rest of the university, as well as out-of-state enrollment, are both directly tied to success on the football field. So it matters. A lot.
Worst half of football I think I've ever seen in my days of watching N. and I'm 40 (I'm a man)
I said the same thing last week (but I'm only in my 30's). This is a disturbing trend.
It's not just the coaching staff. The athletic department has dozens of employees that are supposed to be helping keep the football program organized, help with recruiting, physically develop players' bodies, market the program, etc. and none of it is working. There are far too many people coasting through life in cushy jobs with big salaries, and clearly NONE of it is working. Northern Illinois has 1/5th the football budget of Nebraska and they are clearly the better program.
Idk, I saw the 2007 Oklahoma state game, and Colorado in 2001.
This is in my top 5 worst halves though.
I knew it was going to be a stuggle when Vegas had us at 6.5 wins. After Arky State I knew this was a 5 to 7 win team. Hopefully we pull out today and can get to 6 to get some bowl practices for the younger guys.

Man it is really, really hard to be positive after that half of football. Good lord was that ugly.

I like Frost, but we need a BIG name to resurrect the past 16 years of ****. Clean house and spend the money needed to get where we need to be. If it's even possible anymore...
until we fire the AD its all just useless talk.
I've said this from the middle of the summer I don't think Tanner Lee will be the quarterback at the end of the season I'd rather watch Tommy Armstrong
