I'll summarize it for you - "I was hesitant on hiring Sumrall all along, until he told me he had an agreement in place to take over at State for Lebby. So I snatched him up. You can imagine how upset when I found out it wasn't true. I got so angry, I had to go out and steal their soccer coach."

I skipped a chunk of the video, so I dont know if this was in there....Andy Staples believes the "other" coach Stricklin had as a finalist was Clark Lea. He bases that on information he got from other interviews.
